Call for participants


1. Presentation at the 3rd Culinary Festival
(Hotel Slon and Grand hotel Union, Ljubljana, 18 and 19 November, 13:00–21:00)
• Presentation of four products;
• standard exhibition stand: table, two chairs, bread holder, name plate;
• constant supply of water and bread;
• cleaning, common space for storage and cooling;
• 3 vouchers for gratis entry for your business partners;
• 2 invitations for the official opening event;
• 3 badges for staff;
• possibility to participate in educative events, upon prior notification;
• clean glasses for visitors;
• all necessary information about the event;
• basic presentation in the Festival catalogue;
• basic presentation on the official webpage;
• promotion of the Festival (advertising and communication with the Slovenian and foreign media).
Price: 500 € + VAT

2. Advertising

• 1-page ad in the catalogue of 12th Slovenian Wine Festival and 2nd Culinary festival of the format A5 € 600,00+VAT
• 1/2-page ad in the catalogue of 12th Slovenian Wine Festival and 2nd Culinary festival of the format A5 € 400,00+VAT
• 1/4 -page ad in the catalogue of 12th Slovenian Wine Festival and 2nd Culinary festival of the format A5 € 300,00+VAT
• Logo of 1/8-page in the catalogue of 12th Slovenian Wine Festival and 2nd Culinary festival of the format A5 € 150,00+ VAT
• Banner (size 160x160) on the official webpage of 12th Slovenian Wine Festival and 2nd Culinary festival from the agreement until 6 months after the event (visible all the time) € 400,00+VAT
• Banner (size 160x160) on the official webpage of 12th Slovenian Wine Festival and 2nd Culinary festival from the agreement until 6 months after the event (visible alternately) € 250,00+VAT
• Logo on the advertising board of the official webpage of 12th Slovenian Wine Festival and 2nd Culinary festival from the agreement until 6 months after the event € 100,00+VAT


GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
• Each producer participating at the Festival should provide sufficient supply of registered products for tasting during the both days of the Festival.
• Each wine producer is responsible for on-time delivery of their products.
• Registration is possible until 30 September 2010, using the enclosed registration form or online on www.radost.si.
• Based on the completed registration form, we will send you the invoice and all additional information for the registration of wine samples, participation in evaluations, etc.
• In the framework of the Festival, we kindly invite you to participate with additional educational activities. As this is a matter of individual agreement, we invite you to contact us.
• When presenting products for which HACCP standards apply, you are obliged to follow them and present your products according to these standards.
• Please read the registration form carefully and fill it in with all necessary data, important for further communication and correct use of information in promotional material as well as financial documents. Returning a completed registration form signifies that you accept all conditions of this call for participants and allow the organizer to use all data for the purposes of event organization, realization and promotion.
• In the case of non-observance of these registration and payment conditions, the organizer reserves the right to increase prices, or cancel the participation.
